Projects abound in the Workshop (ours not Santa’s)

Even though the walls aren’t all painted, and there’s trim to be done, some flooring to lay and tiling away, our workshop is busy with loads of this and that.  We won’t finish in earnest till Santa’s down for his long winter’s nap.

A cupboard was wanting a fresh coat of paint, some turquoise, some yellow, I know you can relate.  A sprig of some fir tree and a bauble or two and the cupboard holds glasses and coffee cups too.

A Charlie Brown sized tree sits atop this neat cart, not of my making but I felt it was art to welcome our guests in the new dining room, it sports big white wheels and a silver handle too.

So more making coming, don’t look at the paint, it’s missing in corners and splotchy and not great.  Hope that your workshop is buzzing with bees or elves or tree spirits whatever you please.  Away till the next post I’ll bid you adieu and dream of some sugarplum fairies it’s true.

  20. The tree on the cart is fantabulous!!! Boy, they should do that in hospitals and nursing homes, and then they could wheel the tree to those who were unable to get to the lobby or wherever. It looks awesome on the cart in your dining room.
